Dr. Paul Gross

Co-Founder & Medical Advisor, LIV3 Health

Dr. Paul Gross is a Vancouver-based family physician and the Co-Founder and Medical Advisor of LIV3 Health. A Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Practice at the University of British Columbia, he has spent nearly two decades in clinical practice—caring for patients in men's health, HIV, and community medicine, including more than a decade at Vancouver's Spectrum Health and front-line work in Indigenous health across the Downtown Eastside.

He also founded The DUDES Club, a research-validated men's wellness program that has grown to 40+ locations across British Columbia and Ontario. At LIV3 Health, Dr. Gross reviews emerging research in metabolic health and nutrition, translates complex science into clear educational content, and guides product development and safety—including the science behind SugarShield.
